We often rely on money and people to shed happiness in our life but if we remove that, what do we have?
Last month I wrote a blog post about the benefits of spending time alone & through that I recieved some wonderful messages from people expressing their difficulties with not taking time out for themselves.
Now, I know Christmas is around the corner (can you believe we’re at the end of the year already) and the holidays can be filled with a lot of emotions, so to make sure you go into the festive season with a clear recharged mindset. I’ve come up with a short challenge to get you doing stuff you either once enjoyed but stopped or simply want to start something new.
Challenge
- Name 10 things you are grateful
- Cross off the ones that involves money
- Cross off the ones that involves people
- Reflect on your list
Here is mine:
- My cat
My friendsMy family- Books
WineFood- Walking through the park
- Inner peace/happiness
Money- A good laugh
Now it’s your turn!!
Once you’ve crossed out the things on your list. I want you to reflect on the list and see how much power you give to certain things you crossed off and for the things that remain I want you to be doing more of it!!!
I would love to know what you discover from this list. Why not send me an email or message me via social media or if you want to simply have a chat :)
